You acknowledge that you undertake the Walking Trail at your own risk and at times when following this guide, will be walking onto private property for the sole purpose of completing the Walking Trail. You must stay on the Walking Trail path at all times. You agree to follow the Walking Trail and this Guide and acknowledge that by doing so you are taking into account all risks and hazards that may be associated with walking along the Walking Trail including uneven paths, gravel, stones, sticks, pot holes and/or similar. Land owners have a right to refuse you walking along the Walking Trail at any time The Walking Trail Committee and the respective land owners bear no responsibility for any risk, damage, loss or other claim which you may have as a result of completing the Walking Trail. The Walking Trail is to be conducted in accordance with this guide, and any hazards are to be immediately reported to the nearest winery.
